Learn practical tools and essential knowledge to change the course of your children’s lives.

I’ve been sitting on my couch with families, couples and individuals for over 25 years now. Life has changed. The power of technology to simplify our lives has resulted in a complicated cultural crisis of epidemic proportions. Also, despite knowing how to be healthy in mind, body and spirit, we have never been more stressed, anxious and depressed. We’re a mess– pre-COVID, COVID and likely, post-COVID – you, me, everybody. But you know who is suffering most? Our children. We have to sort this out.

We are raising children who believe that getting an A in AP Bio and having pages of notable accomplishments starting in elementary school will translate into a meaningful and satisfying life. They think its normal to live in a virtual world where they compare themselves to false realities and believe they must be perfect in order to be worthy of love. And this is just the tip of the iceberg of misconceptions in their lives.

I know this for a fact because I hear it every day from my young clients. They are not ready for this world and they know it. They’re panicked and we’re at a loss. It is breaking my heart.

I want to help the best I can. So, I am going to sit on my couch in February and present four 1.5 hour webinars designed to help all of you who are interested in how to raise a well-adjusted, confident, reliant and civil adult in this crazy mixed-up world. These webinars are free to anyone, anywhere. They are relevant for parents with children of any age, teachers, administrators, counselors, community leaders – anyone.

You will walk away with essential knowledge and practical tools around the following topics: Stress, Anxiety and Perfectionism: How to recognize it in your children and what to do about it; Technology: How it is affecting our children and what to do about it; Parenting: How to communicate, set boundaries, place age-appropriate expectations and allow for natural consequences at any age; Drugs and Alcohol with a focus on Marijuana: How to talk to your kids about the facts, the fiction and their future.

We are in a pickle. Changing how we live and how we raise our children will take grit and resilience. Both are necessary and we need to do it together. Please take the time to join me. It will be well worth it. I promise!
